Origin Neuro-Training and Wellness brings professional level brain training to Springfield and the surrounding areas. We are the official Mental Performance Coach and Trainer with the 413 Elite Professional Mens ABA Basketball Team. We are focused on mindfully increasing performance and offering a new way to reduce suffering. Stress is at an all time high and having a part in reducing that in peoples lives is what keeps us going.

How did you get started teaching?
Origin Neuro-Training and Wellness is the culmination of 25 years of Sports (with a Basketball focus) experience at all levels including college, 10 years of youth mentorship, 8 years as a Mortgage Professional and 3 years of self taught mindfulness meditation practice. Helping others has always been at the heart of what we do and Origin does that while staying true to our passion of living in the present moment and reducing the suffering in ourselves and those around us.
