Hello! My name is Tia and I am an experienced trainer with over 15 years of basketball knowledge. I'm an an undefeated state champion and was named a VBCA Senior All-State Pick! During my high school career playing, I was honored as Capital Division player of the year (for 3 years straight)! I also was a 1000 point scorer and averaged 18.8 points per game.

I'm currently working with No Excuse Produce Basketball as a Certified Trainer providing both group sessions and 1:1 sessions. I'm an expert in teaching shooting fundamentals, footwork and dribbling skills.

I'm different than other trainers because I offer a unique perspective and training routine. I'm kind but tough and have a way to push my clients to be the best they can be in the sport and in life. My training offers a mentorship which goes far beyond the court. I'm going to help your child gain confidence and set proper goals to get better.
