About
I help young athletes achieve their goals with personalized workouts to help them improve their game and their confidence.
Our goal is to not only make sure the athlete is actively improving during workouts, but also on days where they are not training with us.
We provide several systems to hold them accountable on their own time to be productive and moving in a positive direction with their skillset and knowledge of the game.
Not only that, trainees have access to me throughout the week where they can share their daily progress.
Additionally, I attend and record their games to help support the workout plans I create for them. They are also given player Evaluations as well as Game Evaluations.
We also provide highlight film and professional photography to members if they are involved in a league.
I enjoy being a mentor as well as trainer to youth.
I believe in positive reinforcement and the importance of work ethic. These are traits that create success on and off of the basketball court. It's bigger than basketball.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We provide prospects with an intial evaluation workout before entering the program. I also like to know who the prospect models their game after and what their short and long term goals are. From there we are able to form a plan to help them improve their skillset within our program.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the head coach of Protege Basketball. I am the lead skills trainer of the program as well as former JV coach at Worcester Academy.
I am also a former athlete (of course), graduate of BC High and Worcester Academy, where I played basketball.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
We operate on a membership/subscription basis at a 2 month minimum commitment. Pricing depends on which program the athlete chooses for their specific goals.
How did you get started teaching?
I got my start teaching basketball while working at te local YMCA with kids ages 4 all the way up to 14.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with the absolute beginner, to experienced high schoolers and Division 1 athletes.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Hosting 2 of the biggest tournaments in Worcester to kick off 2021! The #BHM5V5 and #MLK5V5!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Seek a trainer who can help you be disciplined with your schedule, your workouts, and generally establish a consistent routine. The most difficult thing for athletes is keeping their motivation high. When your motivation is low it is your routine that you will need to rely on to push through.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
I would advise the young athletes to identify their personal goals short term and long term. Really think about why they play the game. This will keep them motivated to push beyond fatigue, laziness, and lack of focus from time to time.
