I have over 4,200 hours of teaching experience, working with students of all ages and levels of ability. My private classes are tailored to the needs of the individual and their goals. I incorporate breath and focus into every class I teach. Private classes allow me to work deeply with individuals recovering from illnesses, injuries, surgeries and other traumas in their lives, building strength and flexibility slowly and carefully.
Yoga is like breath to me--essential for a meaningful and happy existence. I enjoy bringing the inevitable serenity and power of the practice into the lives of others.
