Hello my name is Coach Mike Niles. I have 15 years of baseball training experience nationally. My sweet spot is developing players transition to the next level, whether it's to a 90' diamond, high school tryouts, college recruiting or MLB combines.
I have successfully placed about 7 kids (seniors) per season for the last 5 years in college from my program. I have a great passion for the game, I'm a great communicator, I have an Uber focus on the details. I don't believe in losing reps.
What I enjoy is seeing the joy of a player overcome an obstacle of adversity (mechanically). Applying Verbal ques while reverse engineering body control. Positive reinforcement while making small accomplishments will create consistent 1% confidence gains that translate to 1% contributions to in game success.
