What is your typical process for working with a new student?
at first I love to get to know my students and the parents as well. as we progress into training your son or daughter will get a player evaluation sheet to get a base standpoint to see where your son or daughter is at in the sport and each student gets their own personalized program and drills. once we hit a certain point in the training we re-visit the evaluation sheet and see the progress your son or daughter has made.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have played baseball ever since I was three and absolutley loved every bit of it. i was a three year highschool baseball player at colonial forge in stafford virginia and commited to the college of southern maryalnd to continue my academic and baseball career. i have worked many camps ranging from 7u- 16u. at colonial forge I have had the pleasure to run camps with top tier training.

How did you get started teaching?
being a baseball player for most of my life I have self fell in love with wanting to train kids to improve their game. and with society being so cruel I have seen alot of mean things from players, coaches and even parents targeting the not so talented players, that triggered me into stepping into the training job to make sure every player gets the right training and coaching to improve them as a person and ball player.
