    I was very pleased with the one on one, professional service that I received. Arikka was very welcoming and calming during my experience. She was very helpful every step of the way, even from the first phone call encounter. I was also very pleased with the precautions that she took to keep the two of us safe, while in this pandemic, during my visit.     I needed to take a CPR refresher course and Arikka set me up immiediately and went out of her way to make herself available at a time that worked for me. She is a great instructor (has actually performed CPR herself many times), and the class was fun and very quick. (not one of the refresher courses that goes on for hours and hours).     Frequently asked questions

    I recommend that all new student contact me prior to scheduling to make sure that are signing up for the correct course. Due to Covid-19, students must first complete the online portion of the certification course. Next, students will come in class for the hands on skills session with the manikins, AED and bag mask device. Students are required to wear a cloth or N95 mask. I will supply gloves and hand sanitizer.
