I am Tenika Pouncie, I have a Bachelors of Dance from East Carolina University and have performed Modern, Hip Hop, Ballet and Jazz dance. I also have training in yoga.
I am a teacher and I enjoy teaching technique to my students, Dance is a mental workout just as much as it is physical. I create a space for students to learn and be creative.
