Mandala Painting Workshops/Private Lessons

I began my journey in the visual arts over 40 years ago, but it wasn't until recently that I found the mode of painting that was in alignment with how I approached everything else in my life.

For me the visual, literary and healing arts are all listening processes that help spark the body’s ability to express and harmonize itself by guiding us inside the body’s story into the stillness we are made of.

Mandala Painting is an ancient reflective practice and has been likened to the visual equivalent of music. It is a cosmic diagram in the form of sacred geometry reminding us of our relationship to the infinite.

I attended Art Center College of Design graduating with a degree in Illustration. I studied and continue to study with Paul Heussenstamm who is reknown for mandala painting in this country with his vast knowledge of this art.

I offer 2 day workshops and private class sessions.

I love helping people with a willingness to discover and let their own inner artist unfold through this art to use as tool for spiritual journey as well as enhancing focus and creativity, relaxing the mind and body, and cultivating a feeling of inner peace and well being.
