Coach Jobe has been Developing players of all ages and ability levles for many years. His lessons though very intense at times are always, informative, structured, well planned out, but most importantly fun for the players.
Creating positive attitudes, well increasing the knowledge of the game. Seeing players put the time in to the craft and the smiles, fist pumps, and joy that comes from helping them achieve their goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Starting a journey with new students is a learining experience for me as instructor, learing who the perosn is, what they are willing to try and, what that are already capable of. Together we build a success plan and work to achive our goals together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Coach Jobe has been working as a baseball and softball instructor for the past ten years, and has many years of instuction training as a member of the ABCA. Along with attending countless seminars, as well as player devlopment trainings coach Jobe spent four years as collegiate baseball player, and has spent a lifetime competing with and against the worlds best Men's ISC softball competition.

Ages 12- and up 30min $65, one hour $75

How did you get started teaching?
Coach Jobe, begain as a tennis, and baseball/softball instructor in high school working summers with a youth orginzation that helped underprivleged kids in his community. With a passion for sports, and to help those who where less fortunate Coach Jobe began his journey in coaching and player devlopment. During his time in college Coach Jobe returned to his home town to help grow athletes as better his community, by helping out with summer programs as an assistant coach.
After graduation Coach Jobe returned home to find an opportunity with Evolution Athletics a small up start baseball company, as an instructor. from 2011-2017 Coach Jobe was tasked with providing teams and familes everthing from, practice plans to travel accomdations, coache's clinics as well as team and individual player development.
After leaving the company in 2017 to prusue other baseball and softball coaching and player development opportunities across the nation in youth as well as the professional ranks. Coach Jobe is now based in Harford County Maryland, and is excited to share his wealth of knowledge with young men and women whom are eager and passionate about improving their skills in the games of baseball and softball.

Coach Jobe has worked with athletes of all ages and ability levels, from former and current professional and division 1 players as well as youth players of al ability levels and ages.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Players should always ask them selves " Am I willng to put in this hard work for me"? Never work harder for someone else than you are willing to work for your self.
