If you ask Harcos founder, Michelle Biro, what she cherishes most in life, she’ll immediately tell you it’s her family, friends, and their health. This appreciation for health and love of movement embody not only what’s important to her, but also one of her heart’s most passionate desires—to share those same gifts with clients through high quality, accessible yoga and Pilates sessions.
“Harcos” means warrior in Hungarian. Michelle has the privilege of watching her clients discover their inner warriors as they learn to connect the breath, mind and body through movement. A true warrior, she says, is someone who recognizes their self worth and body’s true abilities—and it's exactly what she wants to give each of her clients as they step onto their mats for a session. Whether it’s pushing through five more leg lifts or holding an intricate pose, Harcos sessions are designed to empower you to reach your body’s highest potential.
Harcos clients who step onto a mat alongside Michelle should expect a class led by an instructor who is reliable and disciplined, but also excited and eager to laugh and have a good time. You’ll be offered modifications if that’s what you need, as Michelle encourages each client to listen to their body above all else.
