I have been deepining my own personal yoga practice for over ten years. I love sharing the light with others, helping others to find their own light and joy in life through the practice of yoga.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The process for working with a new student begins with a meet and greet to review expectations of the student. After the initial meeting, a plan will be put in place to meet the students needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Health and Wellness Coach through AFPA. I am in completion of 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Yama Yoga Collective and 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training through Baltimore Yoga Village. I am currently a Registered 500 Hour Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance.
How did you get started teaching?
I found a love of teaching yoga through my own practice. I have been practicing yoga for about ten years and embarked on yoga teacher training to deepen my personal pracitce. I fell in love with the light of yoga and it brings me joy to share this with others.
