I played high school and small college baseball. I currently coach 13U baseball for Bowie Boys and Girls Club. Our team was undefeated in the spring won 16 games including the championship in the Anne Arundel League. I have been coaching for 10 years. I have coached for PG Select and Babe Ruth League as well. My players have developed consistently over the years. I coach everything including hitting, infield, outfield, pitching and catching. I have a pitching machine to give your child more reps in the cage and fielding.
I love seeing my players develop and go from beginner to advanced in different skills. It makes me feel good to know I was apart of the process to get them to the next level.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will assess their skills provide my own evaluation to the parents. We will work on all the players skills or just the ones the player needs work on. I will then have a meeting with parents and player to develop a plan for improving skills.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a doctorate in business and teach. I also have taken several coaching clinics on baseball techniques and concussions.

I charge $50 an hour. I offer discounts for multiple lessons or small group lessons.
How did you get started teaching?
I started through coaching teams and realizing that the players that were passionate and wanted to get better needed more time outside of practices.

I have coached 6-8, 8-9, 11u, 12u, and 16-18 yr old teams.
