About this pro

My difference is I am patient. I don't yell or scream. I teach. I motivate. I want the student to enjoy the game itself. I teach  them to be highly skilled but humble. Mentally tough to deal with any kind of coach and any kind of pressure.

My players have gone on to play at Pennsylvania State, Indiana, Maryland, Texas, Memphis, and numerous others as well as some of the top Jr colleges across the country. I enjoy watching them come from barely able to catch the ball to playing on the highest levels including the pros.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I assess the student's skill level and motivation. This includes going over the goals the student has for training with me. If the student is highly motivated and trainable by me, and we can set and agree upon attainable goals I take them on as a client. I find the student's strengths and teach them to capitalize on them. I also work on the students' weaknesses and design strategies to fit or eliminate them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I trained with Buzz Braman, the shot doctor; Matt Williamson, founder of the Pro Shot System. I learned to dribble with Marques Haynes of the Harlem Gobetrotters. I graduated from Maryland. I played all star basketball and won numerous awards and recognitions as a player and as a coach. I have attended and coached at numerous training camps with the top coaches in the country. I also am qualified as an NCAA coach. I continue to coach high school basketball for girls and boys.I also run a girls and boys club here in Prince Georges County.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

i don't want to charge a person I cannot train or feel they are not motivated enough. I Especially if I think the benefit derivved from the training will justify the costs. I charge amatuers less than I charge pros.
