1st session is used to asses your needs and to come up with a training plan. 

Each session is used to zero in on those key areas you would like to improve along with strengthening your basic fundamentals.

Usually depends on distance but my pricing is fairly standard. 


How did you get started teaching?

Its been a passion to work with young Athletes.  After playing sports for a long period of time I didn't want it all to go to waste.  Here to build strong athletes!
