I have worked with 5 major league players to date including 12x MLB All Star Manny Ramirez.

My training is centered around the movements of the best baseball players in the world.

I enjoy connecting with players and families. My clients are like family to me.

Helping a young player enjoy success on the baseball field is the main initial goal. But through the relationship that is built over time, it becomes so much more than that.

    I played NCAA Div I baseball and many of my teammates went on to play professional baseball. When my son has always been a big hitter but when he got to the age where he played on fields that were the same size as college and professional ballparks, his approach at the plate needed to change. Size and strength were not enough. Coach Sean teaches my son the same techniques the best hitters in history use. By age 15, my son was hitting home runs consistently 370+ feet. He has the highest batting average on his high school team and is the power hitter coaches in college and the pros look for with an exit velocity of 96+ mph.     My training is based off of the movements of the best players in the wold.

    First, I need to know what a player has previously been taught.  From there I can begin to identify where issues may arise.

    Then, I want to get an idea for what the player is currently doing.  I will watch them throw or hit the way they currently do it.

    After watching for several reps I can identify what changes need to be made for optimizing our success.

    I have found a correlation in the movements of the best players in the world.  I have also consulted some of the best instructors in the wold.  My training is a collection of the best information I can possibly find.

    Many times I was coached in a way that actually hindered my success.  

    Players today are also held back by bad traditional coaching that ignores the video evidence of major league players.
