Coach Gibson breaks down the game like no other for the young players. I enjoy watching and learning some of his techniques he uses to utilize with my young players.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

My process is to find out a little about the player that is looking for me to train them.  I like to have watched the player play so i can evaluate them to see what they need to work on to become a better player. After I evaluate that then I will make up a program taylored to their needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been coaching for over 25 years and have played on the collegiate level.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

look for a trainer who will push and educate you not just have drills for you to do.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Are they prepared to put in the work it mentally and physically to become a better player.
