ShellyFLEX Athletics, founded in 2015 and based out of Gaithersburg, Maryland, is a unique fitness studio that provides flexibility training for a wide range of athletes including yogis, pole dancers, aerialists, cross-fitters, cheerleaders, and gymnasts. The studio offers both online and in-person classes, designed for beginners to seasoned professionals. Founded by professional contortionist, hand-balancer, and aerialist Shelly Airey, the studio's signature FLEX-ED Method has helped thousands of students achieve skills they didn't even know were possible.
