We are the world's first sport, health, and fitness training organization that utilizes the science of human behavior and data analytics to coach and train individuals from age 6 & up.

Our coaches and trainers combine their experience as former NCAA and professional athletes in sports like Basketball, Football, Soccer, Volleyball, Baseball, Gymnastics, Personal and Sports Performance Training, with being Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analysts, to produce winning results for our clients of all ages and skill levels.

    About a year ago, I was looking for someone to help my daughter with her shooting. We were already coming to pro-fit for skills development. Julian Vaughn recommended we try Team ABA since he didn’t have the time to correct her shooting form. We went for about 4-6 sessions, the sessions were very individualize so they could instill the proper shooting technique and get rid of bad habits. It was a slow process at first but the end results were good. She now shoots with proper form and release. She is very confident in every shot she takes now. We will definitely be back to work on her dribbling. Thanks Kirk and Team ABA

    Our first session is always FREE. This will allow us to evaluate an appropriate training program that will accelerate the process of meeting individual goals

    We have locations all over the country

    Washington DC Metro, New Orleans, San Diego, Houston, and more to come. We also provide virtual health and fitness training online at teamabawellness.com (Coming January 2021)

    We are an organization that houses former NCAA players and coaches who have a vast number of experience in the following:

    Basketball, Football, Soccer, Volleyball, Gymnastics, Softball, Baseball, Track, Wrestling, Strength & Conditioning, Speed & Agility, Nutrition, Sports Psychology, Pro Draft Prep, Personal Training, Behavior Modification

    What separates us is that our coaches also are Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analysts. The best in the world in using human behavior science and next gen data analytics. 

    Group Training

    $55 per session 

    4 sessions: $180

    8 sessions: $340

    Private Training

    $85 per session

    We work with clients from the age of 6 years old on up. We have consulted with the NBA, NFL, NCAA, as well as many applied behavior analysis agencies all over the country.
