Custom tailored firearm instruction for all ages and skill levels focusing primarily on beginners interested in learning basic to intermediate safety and shooting skills. Instructor is a NRA Certified Instructor in the disciplines of Pistol, Rifle, Concealed Carry Weapon, Refuse To Be A Victim. Instructor is also certified as a Range Safety Officer as well as a Chief Range Safety Officer.

We took the Basics of Rifle Shooting with Ryan Brown in September 2019. Ryans instruction was well-paced, clearly delivered, and thorough. Ryan made the class very interactive and offered real life examples of certain content. Even with a group with a diverse range of experience, Ryan set a tone that made everyone comfortable with asking any question. What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Typically the best way to to schedule a preliminary phone call to go over details of what the student believes so far that they are in need of. We will also discuss previous experience if any exists, we'll discuss concerns and hesitations, and set an objective and goal for the lessons.

Each lesson is custom tailored to the student(s) therefore there is no standard pricing.

How did you get started teaching?

After taking a couple of classes myself only to realise that some instructors were leaving critical information out and not completing the courses to the highest quality possible.

What types of students have you worked with?

Children from ages 7 all the way to some senior citizens and even several liberal democrats!!!

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Do your research. Be careful of hidden and/or additional costs to the price of the courses. All of our courses are all inclusive.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

What do you want the end result to be? Define that and then work your way backwards to match up to an instructor that you feel more comfortable with and whom explains a plan in a logical and easy to understand order.
