Hello Math Fans Math Tutoring

Hello Math Fans! I am a college math professor with over 20 years of teaching experience. I hold a Ph.D. in mathematics from U.C. San Diego.

I regularly teach Calculus 1, Calculus 2, Multivariable Calculus, and Discrete Math. My goal is to help my students become self-sufficient in their math study.

I'm very quick at identifying the gaps in my students' knowledge, so that we can move to repair those holes.

I work with students over the internet (via Zoom). When I need to demonstrate some mathematics, I write on an iPad and screenshare. After the session I share everything I write.

It can be difficult to find an tutor who has the appropriate experience to be able to comfortably handle tutoring college level mathematics classes.
