I been painting with oils since 2007, and acrylic from2017.

I love teaching to children( 5-12) and descover their kind of artist they are.

I am a early child teacher educator and I have my studio at home.

I love to see how each student develop their own style.

    My daughter loves her classes with Cecilia.
    Every class, she learns a new technique and the paintings look so great!
    Cecilia pays attention to each kid during the class and when she can, Cecilia lets my daughter to choose the theme of the painting!
    We have been going to her classes for 2 years now, even though, it is far away for us.

    Frequently asked questions

    I work with students from 5 to 12 years old. We observe the objetc of study, we talk about what we see, feel and wonder. We use all the senses to undertand better what and how we will paint the object or picture. I teach step by step, from use of the space to mixing colors and light.

    Some groups are just in spanish

    I been taking classes in oil and acrylic since 2007. I took classes during the summer about " making thinking visible" in Proyect Zero DC. 

    I am a bilingual teacher.(Spanish-English)
