In addition to Physical Training, I also offer help to student athletes in the classroom, as well as on the court\ice\diamond...As an educator myself, I strongly believe that school comes first!...They are called STUDENT-ATHLETES for a reason
Sports are and always have been my life...I am a competitive person who loves being apart of a team! Challenging myself and my teammates until we reach the goals we set at the beginning of the season. This has definitely carried over into my coaching career and if we work together, I guarantee progress in the areas your athlete wants to get better at!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Before you can become great in any sport, you must first master the basics & Eliminate bad habits early on. So that later down the line these same basic skills become second nature.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Education from Notre Dame College (Grades 7-12) & a minor in Coaching

$35 a lesson( 1 Hour )
The more lessons you sign up for the better deal I can give you!
3 Lessons- $90 ($30\Lesson)
5 Lessons- $125 (25\Lesson)
