So I search high and low for a personal basketball trainer for my 10 year old son. I almost gave up because alot of coaches it was more about the game than the child. With this coach it's the opposite. He even came to his first game to meet us and my son. Literally after the first session my son couldn't stop talking about how he loved his trainer. I said why? He said, because he helping me to understand and become better at what I love. I got teary eyed and I had to call him and thank him. This coach has given our family what we have been looking for and thats helping our son to gain confidence, becoming a smart player, loving the game and also making sure he is putting education first. It's not alot of support out here for our youth. Finally, we found one and the important thing he does it from the heart. Thank you again.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Do they actually want to commit to this sport. Are they going to give it there all. And most importantly think about there GOALS without goals you don't have anything to aim towards. Daily goals weekly monthly!
