What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When I begin working with a student I try to begin from where they are, adding in the objectives that they want to meet for themselves. I try to design a lesson(s) that adds in interest and goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Bachelor;s in Fine Art with a concentration in Drawing, from Wayne State.
I have taught K-8 in Ecourse public schools and worked with individuals that are disadvantaged with Team Jefferson.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students K-9. I have worked also with challenged individuals that have developmental issues.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently hosted a Paint and Sip party for C.L.A.S.S. Agency during a women's conference. I enjoyed watching individuals' independant interpretation of the same drawing.
