My passion is helping women incorporate their personal identity into the other roles they occupy everyday. Using yoga, meditation and lots of self-care my clients find the self-love necessary to be highly effective in all areas of their lives. Self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-love are necessary ingredients for being the best mother, daughter, sister, friend, employee, business owner, or any other role possible. I look forward to helping you reach your goals and feel amazing while you do it!!
