I am known as an experienced portrait photographer, having photographed our past Governors of Michigan, and many executives and celebrities. A travel photographer that circled the earth, twice, visited 49 countries with my cameras, a sports photographer doing college football, and NBA basketball for 11 years, and underwater, architecture, events, (weddings,bar mitzvahs, anniversaries, family portraits, as well as senior graduation photographs. My list goes on as I love photography and really enjoy teaching it to anyone interested in the art form . Looking forward to sharing what I have learned.-Raymond

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Inquire as to their experience. Find out their desire type of photography. Take a look at their current photographs. Ask to see what equipment they want to learn on. And get to know their knowledge on photography, as an art, a tool, and as a passion of expressing their attention to their observation of the subject.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned, I taught, I made it a successful business, and I became known to be able to get the shot for the client, the subject, and did not stop until I was satisfied I met those goals.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I feel the time spent is worth $30.00 per 45 minutes after the first free 1 hour of getting to know the level of the student.
How did you get started teaching?
I decided I had a treasure trove of experience and information that should be shared and is valuable.
What types of students have you worked with?
All. Inexperienced young and old, students with experience without the results they wanted, as well as students accomplished in some areas and need help with another type of photography.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently Antelope Canyon of the Navaho Nation, Joshua Tree National Park, and everyday presents new images that need recording.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
The ability to communicate easily w/o feeling at too low of a level to ask any questions.
