We help athletes find the confidence that enately lives deep within all of us. We teach them to move explosively with passion, patience, and persistence.

Coach Lambert has worked with several hundred athletes over the past 20 years, including earning a title ring as Assistant Coach to the 2019 MHSAA State Champion Pewamo Wesphalia Pirates Varsity Boys basketball team,which went 28-0.

When a person is able to make a modest living doing the very thing he or she loves more than anything, well that, folks, is truly a blessing. We know of no greater currency than helping young athletes find their confidence, while competing out on the basketball court. XPLoseph BEST™️ is lifelong dream and wonderful small family business.     We go right to work starting w/ the XPLoseph “A/B/C’s and D’s” Adding ATHLETICISM, learning BALANCE and gaining CONFIDENCE. New trainees discover new tactics on how to best manipulate the ball while dribbling stationary, form shooting, pivoting. We teach how to get into a DEFENSIVE stance, and dominate by staying down and disciplined w/ your technique. We keep it simple and effective yet, challenging.
