I recently opened my art space in Laurel park, Livonia to sell art and teach painting classes. I do portraits, landscapes and still life in oil,acrylics and dry mediums.

Speciality about my classes are any one can learn art as a hobby or seriously. I don’t want to depend on giving printed material to students. I will explain them. My priority is students should start with drawing and finish a painting in their liking medium. I will make sure they get all knowledge to draw and paint on canvas.

I am in art business in the US from 2007. Before that I was an art teacher in High school Hyderabad, India. I did my art graduation from famous art school JNFAU, Hyderabad thirty five years ago. After coming to US I took necessary art related courses from community college. I also connected with local art associations to interact and share my works. My passion is to learn new things to improve my skills. It’s a never ending process.

    Without reservation, I would recommend taking an art class from Madhavi. I joined her for a painting of a Buddha for my house. Madhavi not only guided me with the technique and colors, but also had a positive and encouraging attitude that brings the best.     I’ve had a great experience learning from Madhavi! She is an experienced teacher and very patient and knowledgeable. I’ve had the opportunity to take a couple classes with her and have enjoyed them. I’ve taken 2 painting classes where we worked on landscapes and also figuratives. Her style is great for both beginners and advanced students. This was a great break from work and helped me destress. And I loved that I was able to put up my painting in my office where I can look at it everyday.
