What is your typical process for working with a new student?

In the first training session we'll analyze the different skill levels of our student-athletes and build from there. We take pride in the process and development of every athlete!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a collegiate athlete at Albion College where I've won 1st-team awards twice, Defensive player of the year, along with a conference and tournament championship in the MIAA league. I've also had one of the biggest statistical improvements from year to year based on the training I put myself threw along with help from mentors.
