It's takes time, and effort to train new habits and to correct bad habits. Everyone is on a different timeline and has a different budget. There are particular body mechanics, and fundamental principles that apply to the game of basketball. I have over a decade of high level basketball experience including playing college basketball, coaching and training. I closely study the game, and exercise science. I have fitness certifications so I understand how to do exercises, safely, efficiently, and effectively . I have years of high level basketball and fitness experience that I share in my sessions.
Once a person learns how to master a sport like basketball or any skill in life then they can master anything in life. I enjoy what I do because I believe that I inspire people to be the best versions of themselves.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I spend time to get to know the clients to understand their goals before starting. From there we do a series drills and tests to see where their mind/body, and skills are at. I then customize drills and workouts based on the individual clients wants and needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've played college basketball, and I have coached/trained people for over a decade. I am the managing partner of a private basketball country club called PickUp USA Fitness in Madison Heights, MI.
How did you get started teaching?
I developed a passion for the process of training to become an amazing athlete safely, efficiently, and effectively.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've trained a variety of ages from kindergarten to professional athletes. I can work with all ages and skill levels. My training priciples apply to everyone.
