Through mindfulness classes and holistic treatments we restore the natural balance of the body while calming and refocusing the mind main concentration is on your physical and mental health through offerings of wellness services for beginners and beyond. Whether you are an established yogi, or just getting back into the flow we can assist with all your spa and self care needs with an emphasis on holistic healing and movement.
My favorite part about my job is connecting with people through mindfulness. Life is so chaotic and at times we lack the tools to restore ourselves after stressful events. Whether you book me for yoga, massage, wellness coaching or a spa treatment I guarantee you well leave feeling relaxed and inspired.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We require a consultation for every new client and use that to identify their needs. At the session we start with a grounding meditation and then move into service. At the end we provide homework for each client based on the services they booked to keep them in alignment.

500 hour certified yoga instructor with the Yoga Alliance
