Ken holds a RYT-200 yoga certification, AFAA/NASM Personal Fitness Training Certification, and is currently training as a yoga therapist working toward RYT-500 certification with the Beaumont School of Yoga Therapy and Wellness and will soon hold his Coach Certification with WellCoaches. He started formally teaching yoga and meditation in 2010, but has practiced for over 25 years. Ken specializes in working with those looking to make positive changes in their lifestyle, regardless of yoga experience. His classes focus on the form and function of yoga practice and are appropriate for all levels.
