Midwest Photography Workshops
About
We specialize in small class sizes so that every student gets a great deal of personal attention. We offer over 200 classes, workshops and photo safaris (all over the world) on nearly every topic of photography. We have state-of-the-art facilites and cutting edge instructors. Our web site describes dates, times, prices and a paragraph with a slide show on every event. But in case you need more information, we will be happy to talke to you on the phone (313) 804-9266 about what classes are right for you and if needed the right equipment to purchase and where. web site is www.midwest.photography.
I have been very fortunate in my career to have been able to study under the best instructors and travel the world, to meet and photograph exciting vibrant people. Now I get my warm fuzzies by sharing what I have learned with other photographers.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The student ideally will call or send an email. Then we arrange a face to face meeting to discuss if Midwest Photography Workshops is a good match for their needs. If the student is a good match, we discuss a plan of which and how many classes and workshops will be needed to achieve their goals. The face to face sit down is at no charge and usually takes about an hour. At that time we can provide them not only a tour of the facilites, but a discussion about companion classes or a certificate program which can provide various discounts in tuition.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a B.F.A. in Applied Photography from the College for Creative Studies and a Masters Degree in Photography from Wayne State Universary where I served as a professor for 20 years. This is my 54th year in photography
