Jim Morris Music

Since I was selected as All State Guitarist for the State of Michigan in 1988 i have been a professional lead guitarist and teacher.

I struggled mightily when beginning guitar at age 13 and developed fun effective strategies to correct any shortfall in playing guitar.

I love all musics. Music is "harmonious vibration" and helps promote gladness in all walks of life. It gives me joy to see individuals effort at self improvement. I am always grateful to participate in the growth and development of individuals in our shared community.

I have gained notoriety for sweep picking, economy picking, 2 hand tapping, improvisation.

Students and I ALWAYS have fun in our lessons regardless of any challenges.
