If anyone is contemplating taking the class with Nancy to learn more about your camera and taking pictures, I highly recommend it! If you have a camera with a lot of bells and whistles, and you arent quite sure what to do with it, and youve been just taking pictures in auto, this is a class or individual session to take.
I tried going through the book on my own, but really knew nothing about taking pictures and using what I had. I understand so much more now! Im so excited! I would even consider taking another class sometime, once I have what I have learned to learn more. But, for right now, I want to work on what I learned. Once I feel I have mastered those items, I will defenitely be scheduling another time for instruction on some more!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start with having them fill out a client questionairre so I can learn where they are in their knowledge and what they hope to learn from our session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years experience in photography and a degree in Photographic Technology.
How did you get started teaching?
I hoped to help others that have a natural ability but need to learn how to control their camera.
