Green Lotus provides community-based integrative wellness care through company-owned and licensed facilities. It also places qualified healers and teachers in businesses, schools, non-profits, and other off-site locations. As founder, i also personally teach yoga and meditation. We have trained hundreds of teachers in small groups to deliver highly personalized instruction to help students find their authentic voices. I am a Judith Lasater accredited Relax and Renew instructor, and earned my 300-hour Mindfulness Yoga& Meditation credentials at Spirit Rock in California. The basis if my work is to help people find their authentic voices and to have them discover their inherent power to heal.
Working in this field insires me because people are open to exploring and finding additional methods for wellness. When student and teacher listen carefully to each other with compassion, change happens.

We do a personal intake to understand the student's or client's goals, needs, and desires. Together, we create a prescriptive plan to meet those intentions that stresses personal attention, focus, and fun safely and with good health in mind.
Green Lotus hires only qualified and experienced professionals in the modalities it offers. I personally have completed two 200-hour programs in yoga, am a certified Restorative and Yin teacher, and completed my 300-hour training in Mindfulness Yoga and Meditation. As a journalist, writer, and business person, I bring curiosity and focus on others to everything we offer.
Private lessons are $65 for 6o minutes in studio. The session may be shared by two persons. Three-Session Packages are $180 and are good for one year. Private Restorative sessions are $100 for 90 minutes.
Our public classes can be accessed through a variety of memberships, packages, and drop-in rates. All pricing is available on the website.
I began teaching when I opened my first center after practicing four to fives times a week for several years.
