The Academy of Music is a community music program sponsored by the University of Northwestern Department of Music. The Academy offers private lessons, group music lessons and ensembles taught by Northwestern students, graduates and faculty.

Inspire Academy of Music, located in Andover, Minnesota, is dedicated to nurturing musical talent across a range of instruments including piano, strings, guitar, ukulele, bass, band instruments and voice. The academy offers personalized lessons, fostering a love for music in a community-focused setting. In addition to individual lessons, Inspire also hosts an adult community choir and a symphonic orchestra, creating opportunities for students to perform and grow.
