I provide functional, full-body movement training via multiple mediums (TRX, free weight, body weight) to help people of all ages gain strength and lead a healthier life!
I really enjoy helping nerds of all types crush their goals by providing the space and work needed to break through both mental AND physical barriers. As a coach, nothing is cooler than watching my clients prove to themselves that they can do anything they put their minds to.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We'll begin with a phone/facetime/Zoom conversation to talk about goals, pricing, and how I might be able to help you reach them. If it feels like a good fit for both parties, we'll setup a time to go through a fitness assessment either virtually or in-person to get a baseline for your fitness level, which will give me the information I need to create the starting point for your personalized fitness program.
