We offer athletic training for youth as young as 5years old. We began working on thi ga like muscle memory and sport familiarity. I train kids to be I dependent o. Their own after so many weeks. Teach them how to train. So that they k ow to maximize their playing potential.
I STANDOUT
Unlike alot if athletic trainers I am also a High Head Varsity coach in the sport of Football and an Assy Head varsity coach in the sport if Basketball. So my training comes with a superior knowledge of what it takes to be successful

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I guage their interest in the sport and what they feel they need to get better at.. Then i get an understanding of where they are mentally and physically.
Myself and the athlete then develops a plan to be successful in the following season and beyond
