About
When working one on one or with small and large groups, working from the beginning is very important to break down the small details needed to become an elite athlete. We work harder on the weaknesses and continue to develop strength. The bond that is built is very strong. It's most important to make sure that each individual athlete is getting the vitamins and nutrients and also hydrating to be able to get the most out of each workout.
I can go to work everyday and it is amazing how much I can engage with each student of the game. I have built a system and learn from a curriculum that anyone can learn from. I feel so comfortable at work and I know that I am a motivator and leader so it comes natural when in a lesson. I will push my athletes to be and become the best athlete.
