I've been coaching basketball for 6 years. AAU and high school basketball experience. I've also coached 10+ All State track athletes along with state champions in track and field, so agility and speed is a specialty of mine.
Building connections is key! Getting individuals on board with a positive mind set and advocating for personal growth will take them to the next level in basketball.
Setting goals as we train will promote hard work, dedication and commitment. We are a firm believer in mastering the psychology of sports, so not only are skills being developed physically, but mentally as well.

He was always will to help out anyone in the team no matter what the situation was. He was very involved with us and helped us grow as not just players but men. Anyone could go to him with any problems and he would always be willing to take the time to talk to them about it and listen.
