Basketball Training And Development
About
I offer training and development for players of all skill levels. I have over 10 years of coaching experience, coaching youth of all levels, and ages. Also, with a career in youth-development, and youth work in general, this is had an incredible impact on how I approach coaching, and how I work with my students- I take an all encompassing approach, meaning I want to help them grow as a person, as much as they grow as a player. I think sports, and sport training, can also provide incredible life lessons for people of any age, especially youth, and I try to incorporate that in to my coaching as much as possible.
One, I love the game, and I love passing my knowledge of the game to others, especially to those that love the game as much as I do! I also love coaching for the relationships you create with your players/students, and watching them grow, both as players, and people. I also enjoy helping my students find who they are, both as a player, and a person. Also, given that I love the game so much, it is incredibly exciting to help my students find an identity within the game, and then to see them carve out a path/future in regards to that identity (e.g. basketball player), it is incredibly exciting and fulfilling, especially knowing that you helped, in any way, contribute to them finding or creating that identity.
