About this pro

A life lesson of AWARENESS is what the Athlete will gain training with me Gauranteed!!! Making them believe in themselves turns on that light for a better self and a better player.  Results happen within  3 sessions Guaranteed! or your money back!

Giving back to the athletes is something special to me. Teaching athletes to learn what unfocus is (which is lack of being unaware of their basketball surroundings), and to learn that it's what they're thinking that is the cause of their unfocusness. They will understand why -Which comes from letting the outside things such as the refs, coach, peers, and most of ALL pressure from the themselves wondering what others are thinking. get to them.

Getting them to be aware of self is what I do.

I am extremely blessed that I was able to find Bradford! I'm a single mom of a 10 year old girl. I'm not athletic at all and her dad is disabled. I noticed she was struggling quite a bit on her 4th grade team and her team mates were getting pretty frustrated with her. It absolutely broke my heart! I found through a quick Google search and Bradford sent me an email right away and scheduled a time to meet the very next day! I am not going to lie...I was skeptical because it just seemed to good to be true for the price and how upbeat and motivating he seemed. He has done an amazing job with my daughter in just 5 1.5 hour sessions! Her coach and other parents on her team are starting to comment about how much she has improved in that short amount of time. She still has a long ways to go, but it's utterly amazing to see her handle the ball with more confidence, work on her crossovers, make 10 layups in a row. This last week she beat out everyone on her team in a shooting competition during practice! Then she got her bully out in a dribbling contest. The pride and excitement on her face was priceless! Bradford's time has been worth every penny! Bradford is no joke! He works her hard, but he does it with positivity and compassion! She drips sweat with a smile! I have seen him work with high school and college students as well and they all respect him and value his time and instruction. He even came to a couple of her games on his own time so that he could get a clear picture of what he's working with. I could go on and on! I plan to continue her weekly lessons for a while. I'm so very thankful!

Bradford's work with my son over the summer has been nothing less than extraordinary. My son listens to him, is motivated by him and looks forward to his lessons. Not only does he teach basketball skills, Bradford figured out what my son needed mentally-he talks through how to recognize what he's feeling as he does his drills, and advises how to handle the ups and downs and overcome insecurities. He's exactly what my son needs in a coach- we really couldn't be happier with the results he's been getting and look forward to seeing how far he can go with Bradford's help. Highly recommend!

My twins are 14yrs old and had never played basketball. I convinced them to try Rec league basketball because I wanted them to get more physical activity and have less time for their electronics. I got that and whole lot more. We have loved working with Bradford! I remember the first day when he asked the kids, “How much of basketball is in your head?”. Bradford corrected my kids answers and inform them that basketball is 100% in your head. Sometimes I would walk in at the end of the session or lesson and Bradford would ask one of my kids to show me what they had learned or to demonstrate a skill they had acquired. Bradford was almost as excited as my children regarding the new skill. It seemed as if their accomplishments were his accomplishments. Bradfords passion for what he does is a rarity. I feel so blessed to have found him. Bradford helped my son have a major breakthrough, both emotionally and with his basketball skills. He went from making zero baskets the first half of the season to making more and more baskets. The last game he made six basket and played really well! I was most appreciative of the emotional breakthrough. It had been a chip on Murphy’s shoulder since third grade. It was so very awesome to watch him go from a feeling of defeat/failure to empowerment/success. My daughter, although she wasn’t going to Bradford as often, also for the first time, felt successful in a sport. She didn’t make a basket this year but she played well and was acknowledged as a good team player. This is just as huge of a breakthrough as Murphy had. For years I watched on the sidelines while Matilda would do her best to ‘look’ like she was doing something but she was too fearful to even touch or get near the ball in whatever sport she was engaged in. She is looking forward to basketball next year and me too!! There is nothing more satisfying than to watch your children break through emotional barriers that disallow the good feelings that we all deserve to experience. Thank you Bradford!!!

How did you get started teaching?

I started out training working with my son, and like most parents my son did'nt want to listen. So I got some other kids to challenge him. This went on for a couple of weeks until a parents  said they would pay me for training their kids. That's is how the Better Basketball Boot Camp was  formed.

What types of students have you worked with?

From 1st grade thru college, and soon to be pro. One plays for Kentucy Wild Cats, another plays for Gonzaga, another plays for Montana State and a few at the D2/D3

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

One of my athletes competed in the 2018 ESPN dunk contest and placed 3rd. Now he is Harlem Globtrotter.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

To make sure they teach knowledge, instead of over doing the skill training, because when pressure comes during the game, athletes have the tendency to go back to what they are to playing.

How soon for results
