Hi everyone! My name is Erik, and I’m someone who brings patience, structure, and a calm, steady presence to the classroom. When you work with me, you can expect someone who listens, explains things clearly, and helps you stay focused without making you feel rushed or judged. I like creating an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and trying again when something is challenging.

I do an excellent job because I’m consistent, organized, and genuinely invested in helping students grow. I pay attention to the small details—whether it’s behavior expectations, IEP goals, or making sure everyone understands the task—and I always show up ready to support the class. My goal is to make learning feel manageable, respectful, and encouraging for every student
