I would interview them by phone or email and

ask what sort of art and design process they want to pursue- how much time they want to put into it- and what their goals are

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am 1 quarter shy of a masters in art/ Mankato

I have a BS Degree and Interior Design and I have worked upwards of 40 years in the glass art industry

there would be variables- but I would charge by the lesson- typically an hour to hour and 1/2

time spent/ if there would be materials needed or added in/ or if student would supply their own materials

for crafts we would discuss options prior to starting

How did you get started teaching?

I am nearing retirement and will have time to pursue more art of my own and share my time
