Jayme Halbritter Photography
About
I have been photographing professionally since 2001. I started out in studio arts, and after doing what I came to learn was documentary photography in 2006 for a year in Jamaica, I came back to the University of Minnesota and got a job at the college paper, the MN Daily. I worked there for 4 years, and ended up doing photo internships at newspapers for 3 years. Since then, I have been a professinal freelance photographer, doing a wide gamut of shooting, from people to landscapes to street photography. I have a solid knowledge of photography, and since my business has slowed down due to Covid-19, seeing that there was an opportunity to teach photography on lessons.com, I thought I would be a good way to stay connected to photography and see if I can help people learn what has become one of my life's main passions.
I love the interactions I have with people. Love making their portraits. I love the process. I love creating art.
