As a soccer coach, I realize that every player is different, has unique needs and learns differently.
I prefer to meet my student athletes first, know them as people and understand their goals. Then I want to assess their skill level, their understanding of the game and also identify their weaknesses and strengths. At that point I can develop a personalized program geared towards helping the athlete/s become more confident in their strength and improve significantly in their weak spots. "Remember we do not only train to get better, but to also avoid forgetting what we already know."
Every player has a soccer star hidden inside his or her skin and if that plan can find the right coach who can mentor and inspire, there's no limit to how far such a player can go. I believe that I am that coach!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to get to know the student personally first, then learn more about their goals and targets. After I am sure I know the student needs, I develop a unique program to help the student realize their learning objective.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a coach for FC Minneapolis a pro-development soccer club in the United Premier Soccer League and I have a soccer coaching license.
