I’m an artist by nature even though I’ve graduated from nursing school. However, my passion about art was always living in my shadow. I’ve been painting realism professionally since 2013. I've been featured at countless art shows and festivals in the Twin Cities, Wisconson, and Chicago. My art has been recognized on many occasioned and won multiple awards. I do enjoy connecting and working with people of all ages and abilities to unlock their hidden talents.
I do teach realism painting, drawing/sketching, and calligraphy in both languages English and Arabic.
I love seeing my students' progress over time as much as I love observing their eyes sparkling while admiring their own creations. Some of them are taking it further as their profession now, and I'm happily continue to mentor them through their journey.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to have a conversation with my student over the phone first to learn more about their interest and expectations.
Usually I do purchase supplies needed for the class. However, if the student have their own supplies, I will be willing to work with what they have.
Class must be at least 1 hour long, or it may range between 1-3 hours.
I would prefer to meet the student at a public workshop first. Michael is my favorite.
Usually I do give the student; especially the beginners; brief introduction about materials, techniques, and color theory; but they will off to work on their own immediately.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In terms of art and calligraphy, I’m a self-taught.
I’ve been painting and writing almost forever. My work was featured at few art shows and galleries locally. I do use mostly acrylic in my paintings, but also, I love experimenting new materials and different mediums to create something unique.

Lesson has to be at least an hour long.
$40.00 per hour of Calligraphy class.
$40.00 per hour of Drawing class.
$45.00 per hour of painting class.
Supplies are not included in class pricing, and it will be added separately.
How did you get started teaching?
I’ve started teaching at special events and gatherings that I hosted and planned myself. Then I committed to private lessons afterwards throughout the last two years. I’ve taught all ages from as young as 5 years to 80 years young.
What types of students have you worked with?
Students from all ages and all needs, age range from 5-80 years young. Students who’s healthy and special needs ones.
