My son loves these training sessions, he is excited to go every time. The sessions are engaging with a lot of movement, Sam gives positive feedback through out the training to the athletes, the trading sessions have deepened my son’s love of soccer and tactical understanding of the game! I highly recommend these training sessions.

Sam has an incredible ability to break down movement on the field. He is able to explain how each player’s choices (with or without the ball) impact their teammates options. His approach improves the players’ soccer instincts and reactions. It’s a fabulous approach to coaching!

My son is 9 and plays U10 soccer. We like the instruction on not only the ball movement but the player movement. The players are taught where to move not only when they have the ball, but also when they do not have the ball and where to move to get open.

For reference, my son is 11 years old and playing U12 soccer. The maturity level varies quite a bit amongst players at this group. But I appreciate the fact that strategy is still taught, rather than assuming that kids aren’t smart enough to know or learn. Great trainers!

My son has trained with Sam for a couple of sessions now and he really appreciates his instruction and style of play. He is descriptive and patient, giving the kids the tools they need to carry out new skills. His perspective is different than other coaches weve had as well, which is definitely beneficial and leads to a well rounded player.

Step 1) CONSULTATION ( 1st half)
• Speak with potential clients about their soccer background and their goals in seeking out trainer

• Hold a session to analyze client skill level

How did you get started teaching?
After playing Semi Professional in Michigan, coach Stephen linked up with a friend at Mn United who was a Director at Manitou Club in White Bear. After a year he began his private training. He loved it and the rest is hist
Coach Sam started coaching at 14-15 years old as a player- assistant coach in a friend’s soccer team. It was a natural progression from manager mode on FIFA.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Coach Stephen just completed an undefeated season with Blaine High-school with a record of 14 wins and 1 tie out of 15 games, and 65 goals difference. The boys learned a lot and had so much fun.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Students should think to improve their understanding the game much more as it would have it is more beneficial in the short and long run.
